Last week we had a busy few days of exploring and location scouting for future family portrait shoots. We took a little trip to find Priors Wood near Tyntesfield as I had read they have 2 huge bluebell fields which would make a beautiful location for photoshoots.
Unfortunately our trip was a bit of a bust as it was quite a trek to find the bluebells and we hadn't planned or prepared for it! I went with a couple of friends and we had 2 buggies and 3 toddlers to get there - it's safe to say it's not really suitable for buggies! We got about halfway there I reckon before giving up as there were at least 3 or 4 more sets of steps to get up. We decided to take a few photos of the kids anyway as it was still a lovely day and beautiful location in the woods.
We are definitely going to try again in the next few weeks but plan a bit better and make more of a day of it. Keep an eye out for more photos!
